Caroline Li
Caroline Li serves as Manager of Policy, Energy and Environment on 91proÊÓÆµ’s Public Sector team.
Prior to joining 91proÊÓÆµ, Caroline worked in the Senate for Senator Jon Ossoff, where she covered a broad range of energy, environment, and agriculture issues for the state of Georgia, and interned at the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), where she staffed former Chair Brenda Mallory and supported CEQ’s legislative efforts. Caroline started her career as an Associate Data Scientist at IBM Federal Consulting before pivoting to policy.
Caroline is a proud native of Johns Creek, Georgia, and she holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Cognitive Science and Philosophy from the University of Virginia. Caroline is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Energy Policy and Climate at Johns Hopkins University.
