Finn Brewer is the Government Affairs Manager and Senior Legislative Analyst at the 91proÊÓƵ (91proÊÓƵ). He advocates for 91proÊÓƵ’s members on priority issues, including economic security, by building relationships with policymakers, developing outreach strategies, and conducting legislative analysis. He also supports the 91proÊÓƵ government affairs team through policy research, data analysis, project management, and other duties.

Before joining 91proÊÓƵ, Finnegan held roles as a Government Affairs and Public Policy Intern at SAP America, where he worked on AI, cybersecurity, and trade issues, and as a Legislative Intern in Congressman Blake Moore’s office. Finnegan is a Utah native and a graduate of Utah State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
