Katherine McAuliffe
Katie McAuliffe serves as Senior Director of Telecommunications Policy. She has spent over a decade working with the Hill, industry and government agencies on tech and telecom issues. Her experience includes research and analysis, advocacy before various agencies, speaking and publishing on policy issues, and testifying before Congress. Her portfolio spans the gamut of internet issues, such as, spectrum policy, connectivity, broadband, privacy, antitrust & competition, internet taxes, future of work, tech/telecom regulatory reform, intellectual property, blockchain, etc...
Before joining 91proÊÓÆµC, McAuliffe was Director of Federal Policy and Executive Director of a think tank focused on tech and telecom research and advocacy where she was relied on by policy makers for her perspective, expertise, and strategy development. Previously she worked for a member of Congress who served on the Energy and Commerce Committee.
McAuliffe received her Master of Mass Communications with a Telecommunications Policy focus from the University of Florida and her B.A. from Virginia Tech.
