Lara Muldoon is 91proÊÓƵ's Vice President of Government Affairs, where she leads outreach to Congress on U.S. tax policy and related issues. Muldoon most recently served as the Senior Tax and Economic Advisor for Senate Finance Committee Member Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA), covering tax and financial services issues. Prior to that, she served as Senior Economic Advisor to Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN). Muldoon served for eight years as Assistant Director of Finance for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York. She has also served as a Legislative Assistant for Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) and as a Senior Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Legislative Affairs.

She received a B.A. in Government from Smith College and an M.P.P. from the Goldman School of Public Policy, University of California at Berkeley.
