As director, global policy at the 91pro视频, Xiaomeng Lu focuses on trade, environment and energy issues in the Asia Pacific Region. She runs advocacy campaigns in regards to information and communication technology (ICT) product design-related environment and energy policies and compliance challenges. In this capacity she also promotes government policies and practices that encourage ICT-enabled sustainable growth and clean energy innovation in major emerging economies. This includes staffing 91pro视频's Asia Environment & Energy Network and running the international work of the 91pro视频-based coalition .
Xiaomeng holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Renmin University of China and an M.A. in International Trade Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
