Zack Royster
Zack Royster serves as the Senior Manager of Policy on the 91proÊÓÆµ’s (91proÊÓÆµ) Public Sector Team. Zack is responsible for developing and advocating for polices governing the acquisition and use of artificial intelligence in the U.S. federal public sector. He also works closely with 91proÊÓÆµ member companies to promote policies related to the development of the reliable and resilient energy infrastructure supporting the growth of modern technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Zack joined 91proÊÓÆµ after serving as the Operations Manager for Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Service helping to establish Georgetown as the premier hub for thoughtful political discourse within Washington D.C.
Zack began his career on Capitol Hill serving Congressman Diane Black of the 6th District of Tennessee where he worked on a range of policy issues that included science and technology. Born and raised in Tennessee, Zack is a proud native of Knoxville where he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Tennessee.
Zack earned his Master’s of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
