WASHINGTON – Today, global tech trade association 91proÊÓƵ joined the governments of the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom to support the . 91proÊÓƵ, which represents 70 of the world’s leading technology companies, welcomed the 11 actions to help keep children safe online.

“The technology industry is committed to preventing child sexual exploitation and abuse and understands its important role in meeting this unwavering goal,” said Jason Oxman, 91proÊÓƵ President and CEO. “The Five Eyes’ Voluntary Principles to Counter Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse offer a critical, universal framework that governments and industry can use to tackle this difficult challenge. We commend the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom governments for their collaborative effort on these principles, and will remain engaged with these and other governments, law enforcement, and community stakeholders to continue to implement these actions and develop additional solutions to ensure that tech products and services create a safe environment online.”
