About 450 directors and audit committee members of listed companies attended the 4th 91pro视频-SGX-SID Audit Committee Seminar, jointly organised by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (91pro视频), Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX Regco) and Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on 16 January 2018. The seminar discussed the proposed revisions to the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance, the latest financial reporting regulatory developments and how directors and audit committees can help raise the quality of corporate disclosures.
