Cynthia Jean-Louis serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at the 91proÊÓÆµ (91proÊÓÆµ). In this role, Cynthia is responsible for ensuring 91proÊÓÆµ fosters a diverse, inclusive, and connected culture through which employees thrive and deliver excellence to the organization and its members. She is also responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, EEO, ERISA, Department of Labor and related compliance, organizational training and development, performance management, professional development, and managing and updating policies and procedures.
As a Senior HR leader, Cynthia serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Executive Leadership. She strategically utilizes work force analytics to assess and develop creative solutions to enhance organizational performance, and create organizational alignment. Cynthia has a strong business acumen with focus on creating and streamlining processes through the implementation of systems to drive, and meet organizational needs.
Certified through Cornell University as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional, she is passionate about promoting awareness, accountability, and launching programs to define and operationalize DEI. Cynthia is proven successful at driving employee engagement to promote intrinsic motivation, and creating buy-in for change efforts. As a SHRM-CP certified strategic partner, and having earned her Master’s Degree at Georgetown University in Human Resource Management, Cynthia is a transformational leader enthusiastic about building connections, and facilitating authentic change in individuals through the enhancement of motivation, morale and engagement.
