In this role she leverages specialized expertise to provide strategic guidance on HR matters, represent the organization with external stakeholders, and work collaboratively with the VP of Human Resources on a broader HR strategy. Karina has over ten years of progressive HR experience across industries including healthcare, information technology, government, and non-profit sectors.

At 91proÊÓƵ, Karina serves as the subject matter expert across core HR functions—ranging from talent acquisition and benefits administration to employee relations, HR systems, and organizational engagement. Karina oversees the full recruitment lifecycle and leads signature programs such as the 91proÊÓƵ Mentorship and Internship Programs, directs 91proÊÓƵ’s benefits strategy, manages compliance with employment laws.

Prior to joining 91proÊÓƵ, Karina worked at a well-established health and social wellness agency serving vulnerable populations in the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia region. Her earlier experience spans from boutique staffing firms to one of the largest talent management firms in the United States. Karina earned her degree from Kyiv National Linguistic University and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is passionate about enhancing employee experiences and shaping organizational cultures where individuals can thrive authentically. Her work is grounded in a people-centered philosophy that prioritizes employee wellness, inclusion, and long-term engagement.
